The Real Lancashire Black Pudding Company started as a small business in which Andy Holt could dedicate time and attention to developing new and interesting recipes with his Award Winning Black Puddings. As time passed and demand for this excellent product grew the factory became larger and the focus became the core products. Andrew realised that in perfecting the core range and increasing sales the company was moving away from the vision of a small business that could develop specialist products. Thus the idea for the Little Kitchen began.
The Little Kitchen consists of a small factory and a studio kitchen built within the Pudding Mill but kept completely isolated. In here Andy can create and invent a whole new range… The Charcuterie Range.
