A Twist on the Traditional
The Lancashire Tart is on our recipe page however we slightly altered this. Instead of the Pork Mince we used white pudding, the same amount was used and we also added a layer of bacon below the cheese. It was absoloutly delicious and just shows the versatilty of our products.
