Orders made before the cut-off point of 1pm on Tuesday will be dispatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday. Please note that we do not make courier deliveries during the weekend. If there is any problem with your order, we will email or call you, so please provide accurate contact information.
If you miss the cut-off point your order will be dispatched the following Thursday.
Delivery will be to the UK address specified in your order. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to exclude certain areas for delivery altogether.
Our products are sent out in temperature-controlled packaging, if you will not be available on Friday to receive these please provide an alternative address, such as a work address, or to leave with a neighbour etc. We cannot be held liable for damage caused to the product if you are not available to accept delivery and refrigerate upon arrival.
Our temperature-controlled packaging is tested to 48 hours from time of shipment. Should this item not be delivered due to there being no person available at the address provided or collected in this time frame, we incur extra costs to get the package recalled to us. In the event of this happening. Original postage will not be refunded.
If you provide a safe place to leave the Parcel it is down to courier drivers discretion and cannot be guaranteed that they will leave it here. If you require a tracking number please contact us and we can provide this.
We do not take responsibility for undelivered or lost packages due to inaccurate or wrong addresses, or in the event that there is nobody to accept the parcel.
If you want to cancel any non-perishable products pursuant to your rights under the Regulations, then you must inform us of this within 14 calendar days after the day on which you received the products. but it is not obligatory.
These do not apply to Perishable Products. Perishable Products means chilled and frozen products and any other products which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. These are not returnable.
You must take good care of the products while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us before we can issue your refund. We ask that products are returned to us with their original packaging and with any seals intact. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
If an item is out of stock, we will email you to discuss options i.e when the item will be back in stock, alternative or refund.
