Our Traditional Irish White Pudding is the only product to still use the R.S.Irealnd's name.

Unlike a Black Pudding, White pudding does not contain blood.  It has a high pork content and the rest is made up with cereals, herbs and spices. Our  recipe has a smooth texture, with a creamy and peppery after taste, people often say it reminds them of the flavour of a high quality stuffing.

In 2018, we won best White Pudding in Britain at the National Meat Products awards, it also won a great taste award in 2013.

This product is traditionally served on breakfasts in Ireland and Scotland, its also great thrown in a pasta dish, or served as an appetiser on top of Bruschetta.  We have a great recipe for a Lancashire tart using this product, its on our recipe page, along with other great ideas.

We supply this product in a variety of sizes: 200g, 500g Ring and a 1kg catering stick.
