Oh dear, our boys lost last Saturday 3-2 against Failsworth Dynamos Reserves, although they fought a good battle! Chin up boys you still played really well! The ‘Real Lancashire Blackpudding’ team are doing very well so far in the 2012/13 season, having won 3 out of their 4 first matches. Winning the Local Derby against Rossendale Amateurs 4-2 on Tuesday 29th August. The Football Season is Over!
After a very busy few weeks the ‘Black Pudding’ Football team finshed in 9th place in their division. Not bad at all eh especially when they crammed all the post-poned matches (due to our lovely Lancashire weather!) into the past few weeks and managed not to concede a loss in the last four matches.
