Delicious! I also added mushrooms to the onions it was really good and the sauce was amazing, very naughty but nice. My husband enjoyed it too. Will def be having this again! Next time I will use less pastry there were far too much for my liking! It was very easy too make, a superb quick weekday supper. Thanks Nigel.  And Thank you everybody for all your comments.
